Eligibility for Returns

• Items may be returned on a case-by-case basis. We will review your request and respond promptly.
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions for Return

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Fees and Shipping

• A 30% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within [7–14] business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Payments that were originally paid using PayPal will have a 5% payment processing fee deducted to the refund.
